Owner/General Contractor

Kelly is the owner of RR Precision Contracting. He started on a framing crew when he was 15 and it didn’t take long for him to discover a love for working with wood and the reward of seeing something accomplished at the end of the day. Over time God brought different people into his life that helped him fine tune specific skills of the trade. Kelly is thankful for these opportunities of growth which eventually led to the company he owns and operates today. He feels very blessed with the great crew of men God has brought to work along side him. Kelly’s desire and the core of RR Precision Contracting is to honor the Lord Jesus Christ through every project. Kelly is married to “his princess”, Sarah, and together they are raising and homeschooling their 5 children. At home he is dedicated to studying God’s Word and teaching the principles found there in. He enjoys spending time with his family, working on their 40 acres, swinging wrenches on his trucks and drinking coffee. Kelly serves as pastor of Old Paths Baptist Church, near Campbellsburg, Indiana.

Journeyman/Foreman

Tim grew up on a construction job site, so carpentry comes to him as easy as sleeping and eating! From a young age his dad instilled in him the knowledge of this useful trade, and it has paid off! When he's not swinging a hammer, he enjoys spending time with his growing family on their small family farm. There he focuses on family values, homesteading, and homeschooling their children with his wife, Millie. He also is heavily involved in their local church and loves every opportunity he has to serve where God has him. But the thing that is of the upmost importance to him is his relationship with his reigning King and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

Tim came to work for RR Precision the summer of 2022. We are thankful God brought him and his family into our lives and we treasure their friendship and fellowship. Tim hones in on detail and is trustworthy in his work. We are blessed to have him on the crew.

Apprentice

David is Kelly’s son, and he’s been swinging a hammer since he was two and cracked the glass in one of his mother’s picture frames. Always roaming the woods building forts, traps and deer stands from left over job scraps, he naturally followed his dad to jobs at an early age. He’s come a long way since the first day he tagged along with his dad to work at the age of 5 and was caught digging out the tile grout just as fast as his dad put it in! He is getting a taste now for several different aspects of the trade but his favorite is framing. David has always had a tender heart and trusted Jesus Christ as His Saviour in May of 2022. He loves the great outdoors, and is an avid deer and turkey hunter. The Lord has gifted him with a talent in art and he enjoys drawing God’s creation. He has been a member of the crew since 2022 and works summers and after school hours during school months. He’s fast becoming known as the crew comedian and we enjoy having him on the team.
